Moon effects the mind . So it is Profession or work +mind +spiritual understanding and in fact true astrology is understanding the law of karma. As far as I understand it deals with knowledge of shastra /moksha.. There are some other interesting combinations 1. Atmakarak in Pisces navamsa, particularly with ketu 2. Guru in pisces in lagna with or without ketu, particularly in Simhasan Avasta (the knower of the three previous lives) 3. Mangal and budha in 10th house in pisces. 4. 12th lord in 12th house and Guru in meena rashi 5. 12th lord in the highest ucha point under the dristi of benefic 6. Ketu aspected by benefics in 4th/12th house from navamsa of Atmakarak Maybe I can think of some more later.. Best wishes Zoran P.S. Like the trine i told and a person having Jupiter in ascendant 2nd or 5th is sure sign to be an astrologer. Other things like Saturn sign , if it is earthen, fiery or water will add different flavors. Jupiter involvement give it to inherent learning , Like Jupiter in association with ketu disposition is a good combination for spiritual point of view. Having Ketu disposition as Sun or Moon and joining Jupiter is another combination, even if the depositor is in next sign the combination exists, but at a later dateand it still exist if this depositor is in 7th or in trine to Jupiter.
