Guest guest
Hello Friends, Excuse this, I ask those, for whom it applies not. I am seeking to own, and would appreciate acquiring: 1. Any Keltish gold neck tork that is over 2000 years old and wearable. Similarly, the traditional belt ends, bracelets, anything of this sort, of which there has been much excavated, though of course, all priceless, still, I would like one. 2. The sword of Verkingetorix, or his tork, or belt, or anything from him or his family. Any news of exactly where they lived or anything. I need to go to places, as well as touch and see items. 3. Any broach over 2000 years old, Roman or Celtic only however. There are many thousands of these to be had. I deserve one of them (can I say that :-?). Silver, copper, bronze, don't care- Give me the Tara Bbroach best, but anything in line thereafter, accepted. 4. Need to acquire MacKay tartan cloth, and others. Any knowledge of best places, websites, etc., or is there someone who could buy it herself and send it to me from Scotland or Ireland? I will pay you back, and a little extra as per your wish for your efforts. I don't want it to travel through bad vibes land, so I'm thinking please from Ire or Scot, not Buerla, but I leave that to you to sussout for me if need be, and I accept, your advice being the purification I will see upon it. 5. Need to acquire broaches of modern origin if #3 above bears no fruit, which will surely sad, as I'm expecting #3 to be the most responsive to me, as it is most possible, 4 being a fore gone khan kludgian. 6. Any input on sources for standard items would be good. Web sites and input from those who know would be helpful. Seeking access to all things of the modern clann tartan system, as well as all things ancient Keltish before the conversion. 7. Need Moed seeds, ready to go flowers, etc. Want this very badly. Anyone can buy or get me moed for making face paint? Instructions to grow it etc. 8. Any ancient artifacts which I can see and most wonderful, actually touch. 9. Acceptance and love, no matter how crazy you with others think I am. 10. Anyone in France, please tell me how to visit Alesia, what airport it is closest to, for example. I need to plan a trip to Ireland and also then France to go to Alesia, and any existing or restored ibicos, where are they so that I can visit etc. I in other words need a French guide who cares about me to show me pre-fall Gaulish places of importance. Carnutes, Alesia, etc. 11. Is there someone reading who would show me Ireland in the proper way so that I can breathe on the tour, ie, must be sensitive enough. Got one offer, so good, already. 12. Books books books. If you have material, and are not using it, I'm all ears and eyes. Artifacts, books, etc., the older the better, the more related to the old ways, before conversion, the better, I know, "go to Ireland". I will. But til then. This note. My apartment is a great place to study, so quiet next to road. 13. Hi, I'm abandoned. I don't have anything to say. I'm #13. I'm the family weirdo. Re Verki's stuff, knowing where it is if locked up would be good. Does anyone in Italy or France have a way to find out for me- surely the Caesarites, I hope, kept his stuff. Maybe they trashed his body and all his stuff together, I don't know. I would like to know. I would like to know where are the material remains of Verki and his goods at time of death, clothes, weapons, effects, etc. Any descriptions of him would be appreciated too. Any books sent to me will be cherished, pictures, maps, anything, everything, from Keltish times, prior to the fall. Does he have a grave in Rome, or did they just burn him or what? Believe it or not, all of this applies to astrology, for those wondering "why use this list". My aims are always the same, end suffering by showing truth, and spirit, but to do that, I have to research it more and more and more. I am open to any and all input and criticisms. Guest guest
Dear Das, You may be interested to know that last year I made a trip from my homeland in south africa to Scotland to discover my roots. I found them. In a little village called Douglas in southern Lanarkshire. I come from the Black Douglas strain on my mother's side of the Douglas family: Sir James Douglas, who was killed at Teba in Spain on his way to the Holy City carrying Sir Robert Bruce's heart to bury, as per his instructions, in the Holy Land. Although of a later vintage than what you are seeking, I want to share with you how important that trip was to me, how, when i walked into that tiny little church which has been standing there since who knows when and saw the sarcophagi of these people (one of whom was the splitting image of my mother), I was revitalised in a way that is difficult to describe. I took many photographs and wrote many articles on the whole history and my family's background. It was the best trip I have ever done for myself. Just wanted to share that with you. Good luck. There is no K in Gaelic, there is no need for it S is always SH and C is always K. -- John Strange but stupid: "One of the main causes of the fall of the Roman Empire was that, lacking zero, they had no way to indicate successful termination of their C programs" (Weren't Roman C programs always 500 lines long?) Guest guest
om gurave namah Dear Das, It is nice to hear you are planning on coming to Ireland. It will be a great pleasure to meet you here. On your exploration of all that is Celtic you need to be aware that most artefacts that you request would be in a museum. The story of Ireland is survival in spite of attempts to eliminate all traces of our unique culture. Your search for magic is in the people not in the objects. This magic you have yourself as part of your own heritage. You only recognise it when you come home to it. Let me know when you plan to visit and I will try to get you a guide. You could also teach and maybe even find that significant other you are looking for. Sanjay Rath will be in Ukiah, California from 22nd August and I will be there until the 27th . It would be great to meet up with you. We just had our 1st ever Jyotish Conference in Ireland with Sanjay. It was a great success . A video of the event will be available shortly as well as the lecture notes. The people here are very new to Jyotish and were mesmerised by his wisdom, humour and generosity. We are hopeful that this will be the first of many such events. Be well and I look forward to meeting you in Ireland if not in America this week. Best wishes, Pearl. Guest guest
Hello I will go to see Sanjay, as that is only 4 or 5 hours drive South on the Coast. I must, oh darn, drive through the ancient redwoods to get there. I would like to meet you there, and talk, then again in Ireland sometime soon. I know what you say. I have a special ability however to feel and know through objects... you know, I need only see them in museums. By the way, I totally knew that. I was writing half in gest and in a kind of mystical calling of force. I know the Tara broach and Verki's gear, are all going to be worth BILLIONS and UNAVAILABLE for touch or purchase, period. I know that. I do however think that private collectors have tons of those torks and broaches. I will one day own and wear both from pre Roman times. This is my private little unimportant passion. However, objects carry their own oras and historical records within them, and this goes into me easily. I will go to Museums in Ireland, Scotland, France, possibly Scandinavia, and Rome. I will see the things, sit for a few minutes with them, and then bear the immense flood of vision that will follow, as best I can, then eventually when it lives in me after the flood of pain, I can speak on it more lucidly. This is my goal. It works for me. So understand the gest, the quest, the reason, and know that I know, where what I say is either materially impossible or even ridiculous. That doesn't make it an invalid thing to me. For example, I still do need to know, did the belongings of Verki survive? Did they? I need to know that. I am asking that, but I'll find it out myself eventually anyway. The other day someone told me about the rock of "swoon" (?), (it was over the phone), and this is a rock currently in Scotland, which is from Ancient Egypt, some sort of gift to the Kings of Tara maybe, long ago... Things like this are like telephones for some of us. Call it imagination, it may be. What I get thereby though is incredibly real to me. Whatever. It's important to me personally to get near these actual objects, whichever of them still exist. They provide the continuity of truth and vision. Their existence in my presence gives me the ability to feel ages in seconds, and thus feel the conclusion, the moral, the story, the current part of the play. It's very exilerating, and taxing, but I can't really stop, and I've found the inner part of me which is my refuge from it all, in other words, strength. So I'm not afraid of it anymore. The people are however, the most real and important fact of all, they are it, the thing, we are, the people. Yes, especially in Keltic belief, there especially, the people are the people, and there is no substitute for that. If you want to know a thing in Keltic thought, I've come to know, simply look at that thing itself currently. I don't know if I'm clear. In other words, I get it clearly, that for us, us, currently, we are our reality, and it is where we are now, and we have always been who we are, cyclically, and evolutionarily one in stride with ourselves through many stages that Mother has planned, this being a particularly long and hard phase of 2000 years recent. I am charmed that though believing in evolution ever since, they also held onto the conception of liberation, and reincarnation, to use modern terms for the more difficult to describe Keltic beliefs system. I have been doing so much reading, I can see it pretty clearly, I think. I can therefore understand quite deeply actually, the import of your words that "the magic is in the people". I know how that is said in a common way, and for me, it has incredibly deep meaning, which is both comforting and disconcerting; comforting being easily understood; the second I can tell you is because living with them for 42 years now, I feel for me I have to be honest and say, that we are still way knocked down, if I am any barometer. My life tells me, that there is work to do, in reviving our inner spirits, some of us. The people I've seen and known tell me so in the confusion and sorrow on their faces and the faces of their lives actions. Some of us always wish better for everyone. This passion can be the source of great pain for many, so it must be questioned and checked, constantly, I know. your loving brother, roik -- Das Goravani , President 2852 Willamette St, #353 Eugene, Oregon, 97405 USA Voice: or <> Home of "Goravani Jyotish" Vedic Astrology Software , and more...
