Guest guest
Hi Owners, Moderators and Members, I have finally completed the beta/fresh version of a program which calculates Kabalistic values using Name and Date of birth information, etc... You could have a look at the program, download it, run it, its easy and simple to use. Although very basic in nature, it needs a lot of work to make it even more user-friendly and useful to everyone. Also the interface might need changes or fixing, but your kind help and suggestions can make all this and more happen. You can find the program at http://members.chello.nl/~m.sarkar/. Hoping for a positive respose from each and every one of you. Regards Mani ______________________ Want to sell your car? advertise on Autos Classifieds. It's Free!! visit http://in.autos. Guest guest
Ok, here is some help based on your README http://www.arachnoid.com/arachnophilia/ This is a relatively lightweight JAVA based HTML editor that will let you do your site a bit better than EDIT. As to the chaos factor in development . Believe me we all have it, especially the creative ones. My solution is very low tech and easy to use. Each time a new idea pops into your head, take it and write out a set of notes on it to a note card (3" x 5" works well for me) so that you don't forget it. Then pop it into one box, labled "unsorted". Continue your current task. When you take a break, read the card over again so that 1) you remember what it was you wanted to do and 2) to see if it was still a good idea. If it sounds like a dumb idea now, just put the card aside for the time being. Take the rest of the cards and sort them into another box labled "ideas". Rank the ideas into things like Web Site, User Interface, so on. You choose the categories. Let your "dumb" ideas marinate for about a week. If they still stink, that's what the waste basket is for. When you finish the task, grab a card out of the box, and start something new. You will be surprised how productive you are, and how organized you seem . Guest guest
Dear 'John', I have just downloaded the programme from the url below and my new Windows XP operating system says it cant recognise the file. It then asks if I want to go online to find a programme that does. One is taken to the Microsoft page where it says, doesnt know where it came from and gives another couple of urls to look for the programme. Can you tell me how to fix this? I am rather keen to try out the software. Many thanks Robyn - "John Melka" <johnm <gjlist> Tuesday, August 20, 2002 4:36 PM Re: [GJ] Kabala (Jewish) Astrology program for FREE Download!!! > Ok, here is some help based on your README > > http://www.arachnoid.com/arachnophilia/ > > This is a relatively lightweight JAVA based HTML editor that will let you do your site a bit better than EDIT. > > As to the chaos factor in development . Guest guest
You install a Java JVM (other than Microsoft's) and use it to launch the program The Java JVM can be obtained from the SUN Microsystems's site, gratis, go to java.sun.com and follow the links. Once that is done, you should be able to launch the program. I can see if I can get it to run on my XP system (I have an OLD standalone version of the web program.) Since I would guess that not everybody wants to hear the rest of our conversation, we can sideboard it. I am john so you can contact me directly. -- John *********** REPLY SEPARATOR *********** On 8/20/02 at 4:54 PM Robyn wrote: >Dear 'John', > >I have just downloaded the programme from the url below and my new Windows >XP operating system says it cant recognise the file.
