Cancer is the sign of Moon , mother parvati. Sun in cancer or Capricorn will represent Lord Shiva. And Mars is deep combust , like Kaam Devta has been burnt by the lord Shiva and Woman hood is suffering in depression due to this burning, and so is suffering the woman aspect in general and Male aspect is depressed and burnt. It is effecting those persons very badly whose Venus disposition is Mars in natal or Mars dispositor is Venus. Mars and Venus need some place for sex and enjoyment, this they can not do when some preceptor is watching to their activity. Like sitting in temple , how they can indulge in act, they need to move in a hidden place like in Scorpio or in Aquarius or Libra the house of mars or Venus. But what will happen if Mars is in Pisces in temple already or in the house of his preceptor and Venus is controlled by Jupiter with a bow in his hand that i am busy with the karam karaka Saturn.
