Guest guest
>I am a novice in astrology and while reading some books, came up with a doubt regarding astrological influences on human beings. You mean "a question", not a "doubt" >Do to my overly analytical tendency, I try to find a logical explanation for everything, and I can't seem to rest until I understand the following points: In ISKCON, they call it "overly analytical tendency" to suppress difficult questions from joinees. Instead, call this your "very intelligent tendency to want things from teachers to make sense rather than guilt". The fact that you cannot rest is the sign of devotion. I commend you. I cannot either. QUESTIONS - According to some references in shastras, the conception, or when the ovulum is fertilized (soul "Atma" enters specific fetus), is the moment when the human being gains individuality as a Jiva. Therefore, can the moment of conception also be relevant to consider astrological influence on that particular living being? Yes, it's covered in Sastra. Every beginning heralds that thing, so the conception especially covers the pregnancy. Just as each step you take forward, is from your last steps position, so each moment, each chart, is coming forth from the previous moment, which is a chart, hence everything is always one step more than it was previously. At the conception, that "click" in time, from that spot in reality, that bed in that city, at that moment, inside the woman, that chart moment everything, are all one in reality, related, intermeshed completely, so read the chart to know that conception. The birth chart then covers the life. This is general. Nothing is ever separate from the one whole reality in which it comes, and is dependent upon. Nothing is EVER separate if it is inside this reality. >There are many cases of babies being born by caesarean, and therefore, the doctor virtually decides the moment of birth. This obviously is connected to the individual's past Karma, but does this medical alternative for giving birth to a child interfere with the correct readings of the planetary influence? No, the doctor is under god, and is not different than a muscle pushing a baby out. If a knife and hand take the baby out, tis not a problem at all in astrology. It's just the babies very first karmic experience and you'll usually see a Ketu or Mars first house etc., indicating the beginning of life having some cut etc. associated with it. To think anything is separate, no, never. There is a chart for everything, every moment, everywhere, no matter what. There is nothing "man made" to God. It's all his. No place, thing, time, or action, is above karma or charts. Some woman do not have the ability to pass babies back out at all. For them, that is the birth tunnel, this being some mundane knowledge for you. But really, the first point answers it. You can try to pick the time, and that is fine too. God picks your time, you may pick a childs time! But it's so hard to know for sure.... anyway... >It is known that the influence of stars / planets on human is constant, and therefore, the fetus is being constantly influenced by the astros since conception. Why is the moment of birth (natal position) the only depending factor to draw a horoscope? Actually the baby forms during those months, and indeed those gravities ofthe planets during pregnancy form the cells, not the DNA that is being touted, DNA is a script, not an energy/action source, it's actually just a strip or signature left behind on a person by the planets like as a painter signs his paintings. DNA is also produced by the planets. It matches parents because they have sex on their agenda, thus passing their agenda's reality into the baby, which are then "announced" as "done" on a certain date and time, and that commencment of life as an individual chart, is the birth chart, but you're right, some information can be understood about astrology and reality by noticing how the planets move during nine months. For example, you know how Saturn things move slowly, well, during your "baking" it hardly moved- just within one sign say. So your perception of that wavelength is "unchanging thing", whereas Moon "somewhere different every day" is the perception your cells have imprinted into them. There is a science to all of this. Many don't see it. >Please do not interpret my questions as defiance to the concepts and fundamentals of astrology. I was just wondering whether there are any explanations for these points (just plain curiosity). NEVER APOLOGIZE for wanting answers to good questions. This again is a sign of your learned humble statements which they promote in ISKCON. Please, you are doing good. These are good questions, deserve good answers. Notice that it's obvious to me where you got your phrases. They are "party lines", such "overly inquisitive". Nobody talks like that anywhere else. I like humility, but this is not the place.
