If you are not married, you should be aware that you have kujadosha, or Mars condition, in your chart. For a good stable marriage, you should marry someone with the same condition. Otherwise, marriage may not be as blissful as one would expect. Also, your chart shows stresses relating to health. You need to eat better foods, preferably vegetables for better digestion. But fourth lord (sun) is well placed; also moon is aspected by its lord and strengthened due to its participation in many good yogas. So it is not something that will be heartwrenching.
