Sakata Yoga Panga

Hi All,

 

How is Sakata yoga panga(Relief to sakata yoga) identified ?

i was told that,

In the birth chart, if either the lord of the house, where Guru is,

or the lord of the house, where Moon is, is exalted or occupies

his own house, then it is called the sakata yoga panga.

 

Is it right ?

and also if the corresponding planet(say Mars) is in combustion, is

still acceptable as sakata yoga panga?
