Dear Prtha

I understand how you feel .Although desiring to help a client sometimes we

are unsure just how to do this .

Also I understand the position of the 600 list members who haven't responded

to your post .Without a good knowldege of medicine and a good understanding

of the illness in question it may not be advisable to say too much .

The writing part seems a bit easier .At the moment he is running Jupiter

Moon .Jupiter is 11th Lord near the 3rd house cusp so it certainly supports

income from writing .The Moon on the other hand is a bad Lord badly placed

..The next period however is Jupiter Mars .Mars is 3rd lord of writing well

placed in the 1st near the Lagna and with Yogakaraka Venus .So success in

writing could definitely come in the period after March 2003 .

With respect to the illness I understand that ayurvedically they can prevent

deterioration by putting the patient on an appropraite diet .The illness

came on in Rahu Moon .Rahu is badly placed in the 12th and near the 12th

house cusp .the Moon we have already mentioned is the 6th lord of illness in

the 8th house of obstructions .Possibly now because he is also running a

Moon Bhukti the situation is worse than otherwise .The Saturn period from

July 2006 looks interesting .Saturn is 1st Lord in 9th and is in exchange

with Venus the 9th Lord in the 1st .This is an excellent combination for

some sort of spiritual or dharmic contribution .It could be that through his

illness others become greatly inspired .I had a school friend who died of

cancer at 21 but his courage ,warmth, generosity and consideration for others

through it were a great inspiration to everyone who knew him .The energies

will be extremely favorable for spiritual growth Jupiter in the 3rd house

would also be conducive to spiritual writing .All of which will leave him

well placed to become well situated in his next life .

Tracking the progress of diseases through astrology is tricky and time

consuming particularly if you are somewhat hazy on the medical side

Hope this helps anyway

Nicholas
