Dear Friends and Gurus

 

Hello! I am a new member of this list and at the outset would like to

tell u that i find the various postings, discussions and reference

material within the group really educative and fascinating. It's

really great that the gurus take the trouble to clarify our doubts

and concepts.

 

I would like to understand how planets in Sambandh work.

 

My husbands lagna is Leo with Ketu in Lagna. Mars (4L and 9L) is in

6H Cap exalted. while Saturn Ret. (6L and 7L) is in 9H (debil. in

Aries) with Moon 12L. Jup(5L and 8L) and Venus (3L and 10L)are in

Libra. Lagna lord Sun is with Mercury in Scorpio. Mercury is combust.

AL is also Scorp. HL is in Taurus (10H)

 

Venus is AK, Mars is AmK, Sat MK and Moon BK

 

The birth details are 22/11/69 at 1.24 a.m in Bombay (5.30 hrs E of

GMT)

 

The exchange between Mars and Saturn is remarkable as

1) it is an exchange between malefics

2) Mars is getting exalted by the exchange while Saturn is getting

debil.

3) it is a complete sambandh as Mars aspects Sat (and Moon) by 4th

aspect and in turn is aspected by Sat by 10th aspect.

4) For Leo lagna Mars has a dual role of Yogakarak as well as badhak

5) This is a Dainya Parivartana Yoga. What can be the possible

effects?

6)Saturn is involved in Neechabhanga Rajyoga

 

My husband is currently running Vimshottari Moon-Saturn. Previously

when he ran Moon - Mars from 4/98 to 11/98, there were really no

happenings other than a pleasure trip to UAE. (9L in 6H asp 12H and

12L Moo in 9H).

 

 

1)Coming to Moon-Sat, there is conj of 12L and 6L in 9H. Does this

qualify as a Vipreet RY? It is neither in a dusthana nor quad but in

a trine/badhak house.

 

2)I feel that my husband might be headed for an overseas posting

based on the foll

a)the exchange b/w 6L and 9L and association with 12L. In case of

deputation 6L would have to play a prominent role

 

b)Moon-Sat aspects 10L Venus and 5L Jup in 3H. 10L in 3H because

he is a sales professional in Telecom field

 

c)Mars is exalted in a movable rashi in 10H from Moon

 

d)From Lagna 4H has the seperative effect of the Sun and 4L Mars

is ill placed in dusthana aspecting 12H and 12L

 

e)From the Chandra Lagna, 4L Moon is with 10L Sat aspected by

9&12L Jup and 7L Venus. However there is no involvement of 6L except

with Moon-Sat by Rashi drishti. Again 4H afflicted by Mars and

connection b/w 4L and 12L

 

f)From Arudha Lagna (Scorpio), 4L and 9L in 6H aspected by 7&12L

from 12H. Also Rahu-Keru Axis in 4H

 

g)In Navamsa, Sat is 5&6L with 11L Moon in 11H in Cancer. Mars is

3&8L in 10H afflicting 4H. 4&7L Jupiter(placed in 2H) in mutual

aspect with 9L Venus in 8H. 12L Sun in 12H aspects Jup and Venus by

Rashi Drishti. However in Navamsa no contact b/w 6L and 12L. But 6L

Sat does aspect 9L Venus by 10th aspect. Also Rahu is in 9H. Lord of

Navamsa Lagna Mercury is exalted in Lagna itself.

 

h) In Dashamsa, which has Aqu. Lagna 1L and 12L Saturn is with 6L

Moon in 6H (Vipreet RY?). 4&9L Venus is in 3H having 10th aspect of

12L Saturn. 10L Mars in 2H in Pisces with RKA. 4H has 9th aspect of

Rahu

 

g) In Chaturthamsa, again 12L Saturn aspecting 4L Venus and 4H has

RKA.

 

3) Am I on the right track or have I put 2 and 2 together and come up

with 5? From what I have been reading in the discussions, Sat ought

to function as Mars and vice versa. But in Moon-Mars there was only

an overseas vacation, also no illnesses etc.

 

Also, I feel only a decision may be made in Moon-Sat but actual

travel may be in Moon-Mercury. I must also confess that there is

really nothing in the offing so all this may be pure conjecture. But

i would like to know an alternative explanation for the above.

 

4) Transits : Jupiter will be transiting 12H and aspecting 4H, 6H and

8H while Sat influences 10H, 12H, 4H and 8H. How should this be

interpreted?

 

5) Can anyone cross check through Narayan Dasha? I have read the note

in the Files section but have not really got the hang of it yet. Also

the Ashtottari Dasha is Moon-Mars. Should this be used as birth is

Shukla paksha night?

 

6) How does Mars play the role of badhak and at the same time

Yogakarak?
