Guest guest
Well, I honestly don't think it's someone doing it on purpose--and if you go to the Norton Symatec site you'll see why. The virus can "spoof" it goes into one guy's address book, and can take the name randomly of anyone, paste it onto any mailing as the sender--yeah--the sender--and then send it on to anyone else in the address book.. Also I get my gjlist as a digest, so I rarely get individual mailings.Inrtersting that two of the Klex letters just showed up on the list... And I've seen the omship address too, showing up on the list.. Don't know where it's coming from, though. Any of it.. Guest guest
Dear Denise, <<Well, I honestly don't think it's someone doing it on purpose>> I disagree: We do get viruses by someone sending them on purpose. The original intent of virus creator is to get it out to infect/damage/cause trouble to/ as many computers as possible, the more the better. Until the real culprit is found, one may assume our listmembers are not at fault, but unwitting victims of an annoying and destructive scheme. However, I am firmly convinced that our list's virus attack originated and continues to be sent from that "om@bomship" email address. Best to all, Carol
Guest guest
Greetings, I agree that most people are not aware that their computers have been affected and are innocently helping to spread the menace. Greetings, Here are a few names from where this list has been receiving virus files. They are: (1) jinender (2) anindyashee (3) boban_james (4) rakesh We just have to ensure that our own computers are equipped with anti-virus device. May we all find peace in our hearts always.
