Guest guest
dear gee sunn,--I have read the book "Beyond enlightenment".It contains lectures given by osho. In one lecture he tells about an astrologer whom he challenged.osho told the guy"astrology will not work with me".The astrologer said that there are no exceptions upon which he challenged the astrologer asking him to predict one dozen things which he(osho) would be doing in the next one year and said that he would deliberately do the opposite to prove astrology wrong. In the same book,in another lecture,he criticizes Iskcon devotees.---I will not like to repeat what he says,it is offending. I will have a look at the website you have suggested.also thanks for supplying osho's birth details. -------best wishes, vivek. Guest guest
Hi Vivek, Bhawan Rajneesh authored 650 books, one of which is called 'Krishna the man and his philosophy' I liked it. By the way Rajneesh means Rajini + ish(Lord of night), the Moon. And one of his closest devotee's name is also Vivek. Guest guest
Bhagwan Rajneesh may write ton of books based on his own empirical knowledge without reference to any authenticated scripture and I am sure the one book you are referring to is also full of his own ideas and interpretation whatever ways it suite his desires or motive and he delivers the message to people like you, me and thousands of others who are seriously searching for the absolute truth. Lord Shri Krishana says in Bhagwat Gita that after many, many, many births a knowledgeable person may come to the platform to understand Shri Krishana as He is and may develop devotional service. Otherwise, it is very difficult to get out of the cycle of birth and death. I hope that this is no offense to anybody let alone Bhagwan Rajneesh.
