I would take the time when the last patriot signed the declaration of independence. Unfortunately, we do not know it, although it is likely that at least an astrologer was there to monitor the chart, because we know well that the freemasons were always behind the independence of Latin-American countries, and some of them among the high hierarchy practice astrology.
