I would like to post something about those interesting charts that you have mentioned , before doing that i would like to know the source about their time of birth. According to the book The Book Of World Horoscopes by Nicholas Campion, there is not accurate information in regard to the birth of that country. In abscence of time recorded, i would go for 12 noon, unless you have found a more accurate source of time. Could you please elaborate on it? or i just go for NOON. It is the date when the patriots signed the Act of Independence. That is the date the Astrologers use in the forecast of the future of the country. That date has been used in all the media (TV, Press, etc) The DOB of the President has been taken from the media.
