Guest guest
Want to get a second opinion. It's either that or 2 possible reasons: your diet has too much carbohydrates in it, and not enough animal protein, and you are hypoglycemic, especially if you are an O Pos blood type, or you have sleep apnea problems and are not getting enough oxygen in your system. Do you have weaknesses in your legs, or arms/hands for no apparent reason, and are you losing your balance or bumping into things a lot? Like more and more often as the years go by. By any chance are you a very light sleeper and wake up in the middle of the night all the time, or a lot of times during the night? Just some thoughts. Hug for you, chrys333
