Determining approximate birth time

Dear Group,

 

I want to see if I can approximate the birth time for a natal chart. The

individual, a female, was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka, on 12/29/1969. I know

a fair bit about her life until 1989, but not afterwards (we lost touch with

each other after then). How should I go about this? Is there a systematic

way in which I can eliminate incorrect lagnas and hone in on the correct

one? And what should I do from there afterwards?

 

I should point out that I have on several previous occasions, correctly

determined the lagnas of other subjects, and I believe this subject to be

born under Gemini lagna (based on her appearance and demeanour, from what I

remember) but I want to be extra certain.
