PLANETARY TRIANGLE

I was watching on the TV, that the 5 planets, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Saturn and

Jupiter can be seen now together, just after sunset.

Unfortunately my skies have been cloudy to see them.

Then the TV says that soon, we will be able to see like a triangle formed by the

planets Venus, Mars and Saturn.

The book Brihat Samhita (i take for reference the translation to the book done

by M. Ramakrishna Bhat), says in Chapter XX The Planetary Triangle.

"The configuration named Sringataka (Triangle).... (it mention another 6

shapes), produce famine and drought in the country and promote war among

kings."

Please notice that astrologers the world over have been waiting for a big war as

far as 1974. I remember about the predictions done by Vedic astrologers on that

year. They gave full details which i may mention later in another posting.

The nature of the present Kali yuga is to produce rewards or punishment to our

actions. Unfortunately, most of the population are at present practicing

sinful activities due to the blindness, ignorance, inefficiency or corruption

of present world leaders.

Fire when touched by an innocent and ignorant child will still burn that child.

Similarly, sinful activities done under ignorance, will cause a reaction, which

unfortunately, it may appear as a friction or war.

War and friction are inevitable even if we do not invite them. They are born

out of known or unknown, seen or unseen reactions.

As astrologers we are supposed to study the predictions to come and advise people accordingly.

On page 227, still on the same chapter of the quoted book, we read:

"When planets combine in any asterism (here is referring to a naksatra or

constellation. Vedic astrology takes into account 12 signs of the zodiac and

27 naksatras.)(words in parenthesis are written by me, the author of this

email), people ruled by that asterism will be killed. But when they are in

radiant and do not occult each other, they will prove beneficiant to the same

people."

I have to say that we are lucky that those 3 planets, Venus, Mars and Saturn,

forming that triangle, will be radiant and not occult each other in the sky.

Therefore, such a planetary configuration is likely to predict benefits to

people that have their Moon naksatra (Natal Moon in a naksatra) in

According to the astro calendar that i am sending you monthly, today 20 April

2002, Mercury is Out of Combustion at 11:10 GMT, meaning that Mercury is out of

the rays of the Sun and it can be seen just after sunset.

At that exact time, according to the astro calendar, Mercury will be at

20°18'43" of sidereal Aries and the Sun will be at 6°18'44" Aries. The Moon

went into Cancer at 1:31 am GMT.

All this means that from today's sunset, we will see at the Western sky,

Mercury, Venus, Mars, Saturn, Jupiter and the Moon. In fact, the quarter of

the increasing moon will be at 12:48 pm GMT, meaning that tonight, we will see

(clouds allowing), the Moon at its quarter.

However, although we may be able to see those 6 objects in the sky, an invisible

object (Rahu), will be at 26°40 of Taurus, between Saturn and Jupiter.

Regarding the triangle to be seen in the sky soon after sunset at the western

side, i asked the GJ Vedic astro programme to show me the planets.

If you have that programme, go to Features and then chose transits and you will

see the wheel of the zodiac with all the planets.

I have used the JUMP facility from that programme to find out such a triangle as

seen on TV.

I can see that the triangle starts to be seen soon after the conjunction of Mars

and Saturn on 4 May 2002 at 5:58 GMT (according to the Raphael ephemeris) at 20°

Taurus, (according to the GJ prog) with Venus being at 16°27 of Taurus, and it

end with the conjunction of Venus and Saturn on 7 May 2002 at 12:11 GMT at

20°23 Taurus.

We have to remember that the full moon disc measures about 30' in diameter.

This means that at the conjunction of Mars with Saturn, Venus is going to be at

some 3 and 1/2 'Moon' sizes behind them.

This means that according to your geographical position on Earth, you will be

able to see this beautiful triangle between those conjunctions, soon after

sunset, by looking at the Western horizon, just above the sunset and close to

the star called Aldebaran or Rohini in the sidereal sign of Taurus.

According to the rule given in the Brijat Samhita, people that have their natal

Moon in the constellation of Rohini, are likely to benefit soon.

I have to say that even if they have been under terrible stress due to sade

sati, this OMEN as seeing in the sky, indicates good things to come to them

soon.

Dear Natabara

I would most welcome any additional information regarding the triangle. IT is

just too much of a coincidence that the triangle will appear directly overhead

in Bethlehem just as the cChurch of the NAtivity is the center of so much

international violence.

Also, the notion that this same triangle is very fortunate for individuals. I

have asked clients who have planets in the nakshatras of Rohini and Mrigashira

to let me know what unfolds for them. Thus far one man whose Lagna is in

Rohini has had some unexpected publicity that will appear in the Dallas

newspaper. Interestingly, his business will be very much in the view, and it

is named for him so the lagna really seems to fit. One of his affiliates will

also be featured and her moon is in Krittika, not so directly hit, but with

planets still transiting there as well. Not enough to assert that this is

infallible but very powerful and I am most curious and excited by this

configuration that was never mentioned in any text I had seen.
