Hi, Natabara.

I THINK the back/forward is always done at 2 am - so y/day it would have been at

2 am GMT, and in October it is done at 2 am BST - I think...

Sateesh.

Hi All

I have some questions.

Regarding the time changes between 1968 and 1971 in Great Britain, i would like

to have some clarification. And also for the changes regarding 1981 and onwards

at 1 am. I want to find in which years this is valid and if it is 1 am GMT or 1

am BST.

Yesterday i forgot about the time changes and when i oponed the computer, i got

a sign saying that the computer adjusted the time allowed for the new summer

time but i missed at what time exactly the clocks had to be adjusted, it was

from 1 am GMT to 2 am or from midnight to 1 am? Also, the changes from BST to

GMT on the last Sunday of October, should be from 1 am BST to midnight GMT or

from 2 am BST to 1 GMT ?

Any clarification from members?

Thanks.

Best regards

Natabara Das

Hi All,

My book of time tables says that the clocks in England should be changed since 1981, at 1 am.

I had doubts about if that time was SBT or GMT, but below i found a report in

the Guardian newspaper saying that it is 1 am GMT, for both the starting of the

summer time in March and the end of the summer time in October.

Best wishes

Natabara Das
