Guest guest
Namaste Gee Sunn (Hari Das Ji ), Thanks indeed for the gem recommendation appraisal. Well, your reasoning definitely looks more objective and specific. But, I must take the opportunity and confess that almost 5 astrologers placed Blue Sapphire as the first recommendation. Emarald for Mercury has been only recommended by Shri Howard Jones Jr., GIA ( of AGT Gems, Thailand ) But he also recommended Ruby. I'll deifinitely take yr judgement. The point I want to make here is that the Saturn and Sun, in fact both of them are either afflicted or weak. And the other factor is that both these gems cannot be worn simultaneously. I therefore request learned Jyotishis and participants to advise me which Gem of the two should be worn and why is that recommendation being made ? Guest guest
Dear Rajul, I really do not understand how these five astrologers came up with blue sapphire and their reasoning processes. Shani is a raja yoga karaka ruling 9th and 10th. Planets in 11th are very strong. Malefics do well in this house and Shani is a natural malefic. So, your 11th house is very strong. On top of of that, Brihaspati is aspecting it, the house it owns, and in exaltation. You absolutely do not want to get a stone for Shani. As matter of fact, you have to watch out for its implication along with the fact that 3rd lord is exalted in lagna and extreme activities in 3rd. You are already predisposed to impulse and excess, and they can cause sudden down fall. Too strong of 11th hose can get you lost in chasing after power and fulfilling ego, and worldly desires and ambitions. It is strong enough already to fulfil most of your wishes and desires. On a positve note, you can study deeply(3rd lord exalted in first, Brihaspati exalted in it and Mars neechabanga due to its angular position and its lord being in exaltation) and reach a great spiritual height by steady plodding(Shani in 11th meaning). Also, i do not understand the reasoning process of arriving at ruby. The Sun is in its own house conjunct with two natural benefics, Shukra and Buddh, and without any malefics aspecting it. It is beyond my comprehension. Only other stone other than Buddh, i can see recommending is for Brihaspati, since you are running his mahadasha.
