Dear Cynthia

I was always taught Ayurvedically that food must be palatable or it will

not digest producing am .

It is not Ayurvedic to eat foods you do not like quite the opposite in fact

..

Sometimes we may be overly attracted to fried or sugary foods which can only

be taken in small quantities while keeping optimium health but that it is a

different thing .

I am surprised that this Ayurvedic practitioner can misconstrue such basic

points but in any field there are practitioners who are good, mediocre and

hopeless .

Hope this helps
