Dear Cynthia

I'll venture a prediction based on the Indian national chart that while Mars

tranists Aries and casts his aspect on all those planets in Cancer and while

Ketu casts it's exact aspect on Sun the violence and tension will continue

until the first week of

April .

 

As for Americans getting the news wrong I think the view is that Americans

only get one side of the story and therefore see things in black and white

whereas Europeans see things somewhat greyer or are more accomodating to

opposing views .I'm not really sure in the globalised age if this

generalisation is true any more if it ever was .Certainly internet savvy

Americans are going to be exposed to a wide range of views . My

understanding is that the media falls under Rahu's portfolio and therefore

has distortion as one of it's inherent attributes whether it is CNN or the

BBC or whoever . Trying to understand what's really going on from news

reports (regardless of their origin) wouild test the analytical powers of a

well placed exalted Mercury aspected by three benefics : - )
