Guest guest
Dear Natabara. Thanks for all that you have written about my birthtime. I understand the desprecpency about time from minute to minute by how and who would state time of birth. I am intrigued that a birth time could be later than what is put on a birth certificate, Say 06 to 12min. after the hour. Also, I have found from others, in particularly, our friend Robert Kock that Illinois decreed by law in 1951(or war time or the time at hand) that all birth times on the wall at birth be adjusted for one hour from DST to CST in Illinois. So, if my birth certificate says 9:06 then that is the corrected CST from DST at 10:06. That change would meaa that my lagna moves from Leo to Virgo. This has become an interesting subject of opinion and debate. Please, let me know how you feel about this. Debra
