Reverse counting--D12 chart--Narayana Dasa

I was told on the list that counting in D3 ,D7,& D12 charts is in reverse

direction if the lagna of the D chart is an even sign.However, on pages 146-149

in the book 'Narayana Dasa' ( Sanjay Rath)--chart of Rajiv Gandhi---the

calculations in his D12 are in regular Zodiacal order,although D12 lagna is an

even sign.

Can someone please clarify.
