Even then though Sage Parasara warns that the native will spend on sinful deeds . The 3rd Lord is the Lord of efforts going to the house of losses . I don't think there are too many who would like to see their efforts ending up in losses . Mars is always highly problematic for Virgo Lagna . Would really like to know if careers and job situations are just going to not successful for me, and I should perhaps look to other areas to find fulfillment. If you have mars in 12th as Virgo Lagna or the chart you refered to would indicate problems with health(belly area). Othervise, Mars in the 12th just indicates loss of work capacity and initiative and waste of energy, so one must learn well to handle this.
