Guest guest
Sanjay Rath has advised in his book to Take the Varshphal (Solar return chart) of the year dasa of a new rasi starts & study it as Dasa Pravesh chart. However, sometimes the annual solar return chart is not exactly on the birth date.It can be a day earlier or a day later than the exact date of birth on which the new rasi dasa starts. What do we do in such a situation? Do we still take the annual chart as the Dasa Pravesh chart? Regards, Fayyaz
Guest guest
om gurave namah------------------------Dear Fayyaz Depends on your definition of year. An astrological year is one in which the sidereal Sun attains the same longitude at the time of your birth. So, the year of solar return and the start of the Narayana dasa are one and the same. In fact, even in Vimsottari I use the exact solar movement for antar and pratyantar etc instead of relying on 365 etc approximations. It does help and it is just a questio of practise till one gets used to it.With best wishesSanjay Rathhttp://sanjayrath.tripod.com - Fktareen (AT) aol (DOT) com vedic astrology Cc: gjlist Tuesday, February 05, 2002 10:29 PM [GJ] Dasa Pravesh chart--Narayana dasa Dear List, Sanjay Rath has advised in his book to Take the Varshphal (Solar return chart) of the year dasa of a new rasi starts & study it as Dasa Pravesh chart. However, sometimes the annual solar return chart is not exactly on the birth date.It can be a day earlier or a day later than the exact date of birth on which the new rasi dasa starts.
