I don't think it's so easy in all cases, sometimes people have not looked like I thought, and were mentally not right either, probably due to planets being in special parts of the zodiac which throw off their usual sign functions by being in specific vargas etc. I am Aries Lagna with Venus there, Jupiters aspect, Moon in Satabish, sharing the sign with Ketu, first lord in 12th. These things do describe my dosha situation well, and they are the situation of my first and moon.
