Even in ice water outside at the farms. Trippy. Ice cold bathing under the stars. Imagine grown men almost naked in the darkyelling "hare krishna" with alot of SHIVER in their voices. As they repeat it over and over as if it's saving them from the icey cold water from under the layer of ice we broke off to get to it.>> me Ah the olden days, giving a lot of discipline. In my olden years i have learned not to take those cold showers in a cold country or cold season because they are a shock to the system, and therefore they can bring some diseases. On my my journeys i heard of some friends living very austere in a van, distribuiting vedic books on behalf of the truth and washing themselves early in the morning with snow gathered from the road.
