>When I saw on the net (Goravani site) your lessons and instructions in

Jyotish - I fell on my knees. It was so meaningfull, so deep, so

nourishing..."

All credits go to Krishna, Bhagavad Gita, Bhagavatam, Sri Caitanya, and

all the devotees who have labored to preserve and protect the knowledge

divine throughout the ages so that it can reach the likes of me or us.

And in Sastra, Bhagavatam, we hear Queen Kunti, the mother of the

Pandavas, one of the "Panca Jani" or 5 great woman of Indian history say:

"Lord, while most pray for relief, I ask you to send me suffering, for

when I suffer, I remember you more clearly, which is my real pleasure"

Something like that...

It takes a woman to say the truth. See!

And again: Most of the big teachers on this list and throughout the real

world of spirit have all suffered or performed austerity to great

degrees. Something to note.

In the HK movement, we used to rise at 3:30 and intentionally take a

cold shower. Even in ice water outside at the farms. Trippy. Ice cold

bathing under the stars. Imagine grown men almost naked in the dark

yelling "hare krishna" with alot of SHIVER in their voices. As they

repeat it over and over as if it's saving them from the icey cold water

from under the layer of ice we broke off to get to it.

Makes the cold temple room you're in a few minutes later seem toasty

warm. Saves on the heating bill. Anything for Krishna!

Cult? Na. Genious!
