Rasi Drishti refers to the aspects between signs. I personally believe it's better, for the sake of Westerners struggling to grasp the basic jyotish principles (let alone try to understand Sanskrit terminology) to stick to the English translation as much as possible, i.e., Planet aspect and Sign aspect rather than Graha drishti and Rasi drishti.
