As per your question 9th cusp falls at Aquarius 20 degree 12 minute and 8 seconds as per placidus. This point is ruled by Saturn /Jupiter /Jupiter/Jupiter and Moon and Mars are the occupant. When Jupiter is the sublord and sub sub lord and is occupant of 12th cusp in Gemini. The person in question is alive is in different shape/changed format (Jupiter conjunct Rahu and Jupiter in the constellation of Rahu) and will remain so till the Jupiter is retrograde. He could be in the place and direction represented by Gemini from the place of question or from his own place of disappearance.Jupiter in constellation of Rahu also shows that he is not in his own people or community but in different community as Rahu is outlasted. It appears that you're doing Krisnamurti Paddhati method of analysis. Do you have any books you can recommend showing how to analyze a prashna chart this way? So, I ran a prashna asking this question at the time I heard the news. Yes, the chart does appear good. But the Moon is in Ithasala (lower degrees) with many planets, including the lords of the maraka planets such as Saturn. When this yoga occurs, the answer to the question is supposed to be yes. But the planets in the 7th house make the analysis challenging. Therefore, I ask others to interpret this chart based on horary chart methods. Thanks for your ideas. In horary the main concern is between a particular Astrologer and the questioner. In KP asrology the place and time is taken of Astrologer place and the time is that time at which the Astrologer calculate. But in your case as the question was not put to me but to you by yourself. As such i tried to analyzed an already analyzed question or say i did the postmortem and you did the real work. For KP books use any search engine for KP+ Astrology and read KP readers 1 to 6. I have this eerie feeling that we haven't heard the last of him yet, somehow, his chart gives the impression that he is fond of "big" theatrical events, he is unlikely to die unsung.
