Guest guest
Dear Kundalika and List Following the issue of dristi (aspects) into gocharas (transits) i want to share this nice game with the list. With this game we can learn about the value of the planetary location, their dristis and about the transits. We know that a sign measure 30° and it may have one, two or up to 8 planets. Please do not take here the outers. Each planet is like a radio station grasping the messages from the satellites (planets) crossing above it. The more radio stations we have, the more "jamming" of frequencies we will have. In my experience, when i see more than 2 planets in a sign it means a more complex life. (and it can be very interesting). So, when those "radio" stations are "incited" by the transit of the planets above, we can predict a very interesting time. In this way, we can draw on a chart, both, the location of the planets in a horoscope and the dristi of those planets and evaluate the transits. This can be done on a piece of paper to better visualise the whole thing. Because the email has the propensity to distort graphics, i am showing an example of a chart without the graphic. On the first chart i am giving the planetary location shown with the initials of the planets in Capital letters. On the 2nd chart i am giving both, the planetary location shown with the initials of the planets in Capital letters and the dristi or aspect of those planets shown with the initials of the planets in small letters. AR TA MO GE MA/ME CN SU LE VE/SA VI KE LI SC SG CP -JU AQ PS RA See that in this horoscope, Jupiter is retrograde, indicated with a minus symbol and in Capricorn (CP). For Rahu and Ketu i never put minus sign because i know that they are always retrograde. AR TA MO -ju/sa GE MA/ME mo/su CN SU -ju/ra/me/ma/ve/sa LE VE/SA VI KE -ju/ra/ma LI sa SC ra/mo SG me/ma CP -JU ma/su AQ ve/sa/ra PS RA Notice that the 12th aspect of Rahu is included and that Ketu does not give any aspect, only location is given. Notice as well that although the Sun is alone and aspected in opposition by a retro Jupiter, when we take into account the 5th aspect from Rahu and the Kartari done by ME/MA and VE/SA, Cancer becomes the most loaded sign in the chart with the physical presence, gross or subtle of 7 planets. In fact when there are a lot of planets crossing Cancer, the native has a rough ride. Lets see the ephemeris for the 1st february 2002. AR [ma/sa] 2 TA MO -ju/sa [sA/ra] 5 GE MA/ME mo/su [JU/RA/ma] 7 CN SU -ju/ra/me/ma/ve/sa [sa/su/me/ve] 11 LE VE/SA 2 VI KE -ju/ra/ma [MO/ma] 6 LI sa [ju/ra/ma] 4 SC ra/mo [sa] 3 SG me/ma [KE/ju/ra] 5 CP -JU ma/su [sU/ME/VE] 6 AQ ve/sa/ra [sa/ju/ra/su/me/ve/ma] 10 PS RA [MA/mo] 3 Notice that here are included the kartaris of planets in Capricorn and Pisces on Aquarius and Pisces and Taurus on Aries. The transiting planets for 1st Feb 2002 are given in brackets including their aspects. Notice that the sign of Cancer is loaded with 11 planets and Aquarius with 10. To me those particular houses, the 11th and 6th from the ascendant and the 3rd and 11th from the natal moon are going to be more prominent to the native. Of course, the effect of the transits are more important from the natal moon but from the ascendant sign we can also see some trends. I wanted to develop a programe to indicate these transits but we were very busy with other ideas but you can get the idea. Have fun.
