Guest guest
Dear Wendy and Hari Om Mercury and Venus can aspect the Sun .............in divisionals . The conflict about the node's aspects is a long running one and personally I use the 5th and 9th . However the closeness of the aspect is paramount . I think failure to consider this point is why some jyotishis dismiss the 5th and 9th aspect .Take some example charts from your files where there is an exact 5th and 9th aspect to a planet and watch the mayhem . It's frequently stated (for instance) "If Rahu aspects this planet or that, such & such result will occur". But it must be remembered that both aspects and conjunctions are referred to simply as an "aspect". You will also find statements like "When Mercury (or Venus) aspect Sun..." We all know it's not possible for these planets to aspect each other, except by conjunction... Guest guest
Dear All I use the 5th and 9th aspects as well and get good results. What Nicholas says is true: The tighter they are to exact the more powerfully the energy is thrown. What do any of you find with the return of Rahu and Ketu and the opposing transit. What I'm referring to is the transit of Rahu to Ketu and Ketu to natal Rahu? Cynthia
