Guest guest
Dear Wendy, Natabara, and/or list, If two babies are born in a hospital at exactly the same location and at exactly the same time, what would be the difference in their charts? No doubt this happens. They would be closer than two twins, but then they probably never see each other ever. So how is it that they would have the same charts but would be so different? Submissively looking for an answer. Arthur

Guest guest
Dear Arthur, It's highly unlikely that two people will ever be born at precisely the same place and the same time...the pulse of the universe determines the birth... It may well be that the time is so close as to result in (seemingly) identical horoscopes, but if you examine the horoscope closely you'll find the degree of Moon to have a significant enough gap as to completely alter the running of sookshmantar dasa and even pratyantar dasa... As you know these (or any dasas) are modified by the transits at the time...transits can either bring a dasa to fruition or negate it's potential. I don't know of any (experienced) jyotisha who doesn't consider the effects of transiting planets when determining the effects of dasa periods. As well as this, of course, there will invariably be significant differences in some of the major divisionals. Every living thing has it's own unique blueprint...this is how the universe works. It's on the rare occasions that the birth occurs simultaneously that we find identical, inseparable twins who's life, thoughts and actions are without distinction. In the case of those born sharing the same organs (brain etc) and one dies during corrective surgery to separate them, I believe that only one entity has been born, one soul has manifested. Guest guest
Dear Carol and Arthur One part of the answer is that astrology is not fatalistic but there is an element of free will . There was a biologist by the name of Brown who wanted to produce rats with no genetic variation so he interbred them for 100 generations .Even then the rats were seen to respond vastly differently to different stimuli . This is a fun topic to puzzle with, and I'm adding something else: If there is a bacterium born at the same time and place as the human baby, is it a twin and gets the same horoscope, or does genetics have a say in the longevity and marriage prospects of the child "twin" of a bacterium, denying a similar lifespan and in-laws for the bacterium?Carol In a message dated 1/11/2002 8:19:10 PM Eastern Standard Time, jogutierrez (AT) catskill (DOT) net writes:How is it possible for twins to be born at the same time?-- In gjlist, Goloka Books <goloka@t...> wrote:> Dear Wendy, Natabara, and/or list,> > If two babies are born in a hospital at exactly the same location and at> exactly the same time, what would be the difference in their charts?> > No doubt this happens. Well, almost the same time, and the question is not really about twins. It is about when two baby heads appear in a hospital at 'exactly' the same time, and then later one goes to the other side of the planet and one doesn't, and then there are so many other major differences in their lives, How can that be scientifically explained in terms of Jyotish? Hoping to get an answer to help me understand. regards Arthur > > > > gjlist, Goloka Books <goloka@t...> wrote: >> Dear Wendy, Natabara, and/or list, >> >> If two babies are born in a hospital at exactly the same location > and at >> exactly the same time, what would be the difference in their > charts? >> >> No doubt this happens.
