I was looking at Cynthia's chart. It's a wonderful chart having Sun,

Jupiter, Saturn and Venus in Exaltation.

Moon aspecting its own place. Mercury the 9th lord is in the 5th. It

often gives a good intution when with Ketu.

Since Saturn here is in the nakshatra of the 12th lord Jupiter, who

is strong here in the 7th house being exalted and aspecting the

Lagna. It makes the native more like a humanitarian giving money in

charities and a sincere person. Jupiter also being the lord of the

house of expenditure and also a Guru to Indra deva tends to give away

things.

Now Talking about money. Saturn is the lord of 2nd house and it is in

the 10th house in retrogression and in the Nakshtra of Jupiter

(Vishaka). Vishaka means a 'Gateway Decorated with Leaves' and its

deity is Indragni (Indra + Agni). A Combination of Indra God, who is

the chief of Gods and the other Fire.

Both of them indicate success and Power. To conquer and be the winner.

Like the chief Indra it has the power of management and also in other

words to deal with people (sometimes leading a group of people). Here

like the Indra deva it also gives the capacity to do the things

sometime in a not so called the right way (for some people). For the

native it might be an herculeans task to do the job. Here it also

gives the person tenacity and patience to do the Job.

Now Saturn being the Lagna Lord makes the person really hard working.

person and his inner happiness. The 10th house represents the

individual's involvement in the world of his existence. This is

other words the native like to work hard in whatever domain of life

he works in. The inner core of the person doesn't feel any

sacrifice

for what he does is great, or that he should have been doing

something else than what he is doing. These person are hardworking

people and they feel highly satisfied in the type of job they do.

And since Saturn is the Lord of the Ascendant it often makes the

native humble(coupling with the 'Sasa Yoga').

Also whenever the 2nd lord gets associated with the 12th lord it

gives the native money but it gets stuck up somewhere. Either it is

going somewhere in installments or the native has given money to the

nearest family, etc. So in other words native doesnot have the money

in hand. In other words you have it and you dont have it.

Wendy, i have read your email few times and i think that there must be a mistake

in quotation. You say that Venus must occupy a trine. But the yoga indicated

does not mention that.

 

Might I suggest that you read the posts thoroughly before you post your reply :-)

But the yoga indicated does not mention that (specifically). Or meaning that the

formula does not mention Venus as you say. I know that you can read the

astrological formulas but while reading C' posting nowhere i could read that

she was refering to that specific formula. Obviously, your intuition told you

that and that is why you was applying the formula to her chart.

 

Unless c was refering to my posting to volker and quoting his posting, but the

post is not clear because it seems to me that c's post was sent to Nicholas and

not to the list. All that i could do is to post about aspects to clarify the

thought.

Yes i agree that you know how to read astro formulas but like i say Nicholas

posting about c's email is not very clear if c was really referring to that

yoga.

 

I am worried because i can see from Nicholas post that he is quoting C's but

nowhere in my postings from the GJLIST i have her posting. Few days ago i

discovered that some of my posting took almost 48 hours in appearing in the

GJLIst and now C' posting is apparently missing. Have a look below.

 

Because i did not get the original posting of C i could only read the quotation

from Nicholas as you can see below.

 

Now look at this Wendy, i think that i discover the trouble. Nicholas posted GH

= on 22 Dec at 19:11 quoting Cynthia's posting from the 23 Dec at 3:39.

 

Your posting which i have answered was posted on 23 Dec at 2:58 and displayed on

my computer on 24 Dec at 13:52.

 

Finally Cynthia's posting came to my computer on 24 Dec at 14:40 having been

sent (according to here) on 22 Dec at 16:39.

 

So, there must be some computer gosth somewhere. In this way i thought that C's

email was directed to Nicholas and that is why i did not answer.

 

And there is more. It is 26 Dec 20:06 GMT and i read that ravindramani posted

about my email ASPECTS on 26 Dec at 3:57 but i have not got it yet. I have

posted ASPECTS on 24 dec at 10:56 GMT. According to my computer, i sent 5

emails on ASPECTS in 2 minutes???

OK, you've gotten my interest. Tell me what I'm doing wrong here.

 

My ASC lord is Saturn, it is exalted in the 10th and the dispositor is Venus who

is trined by Jupiter.

 

isn't Jupiter the only graha that can throw a trine????

 

If this is true...where's my financial abundance???

 

BTW, I have never felt poor even though I have often had very little money to just scrape by.

 

Perhaps it is a perception thing even if it is not literal.

Dear All

 

I was the one who made the mistake. The old Western astrologer in me read "in a

trine" and assumed being trined when talking Vedic. Ahh well, it's always

tempting to look for that lakshmi influence when you get close to the yoga in

your own chart.
