He does not say how he obtained the time maybe he rectified it .If so his arguments were that Venus Rahu conjunction in the 10th would give a career in show biz and Saturn in it's MT sign aspected by 9th Lord Jupiter and conjunct 4th Lord the Moon would give phenomenal income ..Basically his arguments were rasi based .Jupiter 9th lord in the 7th dasha saw his rise to fame .Saturn Venus then proved deadly because Venus is a double maraka for Aries and is natally closely conjunct Rahu . This suggests premature death due to misuse of senses by overeating and drugs . So there may also have been some dasha based arguments . I was unaware that this was an invented time and used to use this in a different way as a textbook case of Asvini nakshatra .For Elvis was a twin birth ,was involved with the military ,and was famous for his generosity to his friends and hangers on . Maybe next time you see Elvis you could ask him about his birth time since there seems to be considerable dissatisfaction with the Scorpio Lagna .After all " we can't go on together with suspicious minds " ...........
