There are many people jumping on the backwagon. With some knowledge they can infuse unfounded fear on victims to profit. I have heard from friends about those practices. It is a bad reaction to those proffiting out of fear but meanwhile they make a lot of money out of it. Many times, out of ignorance that we are cheated.
