body..he has a strong association with mukunda maharaja..he has often been

with him in india also but i have never seen george harrison at the manor in

recent years on the dates you mentioned your servant stavavali devi dasi >>I

know very well all those devotees that you have mentioned. I do not know which

years you mention but i left the Manor's scene years ago due to my travelling.

1991 was the last time i heard about it and close devotees tO GH used to keep

it very secret to avoid Prabhupada's room being overloaded.

 

The british TV inteRviewed a TV presenter about GH yesterday. He say that one

day GH approached him in a public place but this guy could not recognize GH

because he was in disguise. Fame was sometimes a burden and GH could not lead

a normal life.

 

I had been present in "closed" meetings and other devotees did not know about

them. One day i took a famous guy for prasadam with some leading devotees and

no many people knew about it. When we came out of the Temple, a thief had come

and stole my friend's shoes.

 

I was too embarrased but my friend said that "those shooes were a present and

that anyway he did not like them"

i have it on good authority that he hasn't been to the manor in recent years, at

least from mid nineties..he has though been in the company of devotees..in

varous places, quite often..

actually i don't think it makes any difference on way or the other..whereever he

was/is, he's a devotee y.s stavavali d.d
