Dear Robert

Namaskar

<<Those of us who "came up" during the 60's, will have a place in our souls and

hearts for George Harrison. He used to bring a limousine full of flowers to

the London Hare Krsna temple, every year on the birthday celebration of my

guru, Srila Prabhupada.>>

My wife of 9 years (now ex) told me the same thing. That one year for Christmas

he brought a limousine full of flowers, fruits and vegetables to the

Bhaktivedanta Manor outside London, the residence that he donated for the Hare

Krsna temple . She was initiated by Srila Prabhupada in January 1972. I had

the opportunity of meeting many devotees of that generation and yatra.

In the introduction to the book "KRSNA, The Supreme Personality of Godhead",

Srila Prabhupada thanks George for his generous donation of $100,000 for the

printing of that book.

According to the Vedas, charity to a real Vaisnava is in the mode of goodness

and charity and service to the Lord is always taken by the Lord into spiritual

credit.

George wrote a beautifull introduction in that book and signed:

All you need is Love (Krishna)

George Harrison

I was told that George on the birthday celebration of Srila Prabhupada every

year, for the past years, used to go to the Bhaktivedanta Manor, north London

to celebrate and chant Hare Krishna in association with devotees.

He has strong Jupiter in 9th, and own constellation showing his bhakti.

Best wishes

Natabara Das
