Guest guest
Dear Carol <<Even if not all syllables are correctly pronounced due to novice attempt to say it...it's quite beautiful. I will save this in print and keep it close with me.>> I have heard that in order to get good results from a mantra, we should chant it properly. However, i have heard as well that just like a father becomes happy to hear his baby's first words, so God or higher authorities become happy when we try our best. The intention is the most important. Chant a mantra with a good intention and the mantra will tell you later how to correct the chanting and advance. natabara
Guest guest
Thank you for your thoughtful remarks. It's good to have you back on our list again. I have a book that teaches Sanskrit. Maybe in time I will go from baby-speech to something a bit better! Happy days to you and all on our list. Best wishes, Carol In a message dated 11/8/2001 8:38:05 PM Eastern Standard Time, natabara (AT) ntlworld (DOT) com writes: I have heard that in order to get good results from a mantra, we should chant it properly.
