Guest guest
Hello all its Zamani, Can anyone on the list give me any insight into the nature of ,and the effects that the Nodes play in synarstry particularly with regards to aspects between two chart where the Nodes aspects anothers moon position, and also the ascendant and sun? I have found that invariably all of the most permanent bonds I have made with the opposite sex were with people whom our synarstry charts revealed some significant nodal activity. The relationships had a very mysterious quality to them even if short lived, and an ever present intense attractions and interaction .Without fail all of them have been with women who's Rahu is in conjunction with or opposses my Moon .I have also noticed a compulsive or "fated " quality to most of the relationships where the nodal activity was present , and especially compulsive in my case when a womens Rahu aspected my moon. Does anyone have any information regarding the importance of the nodes in synarstry as well as what are the effects of the nodes when they aspect the lights (moon especially, as well as the sun and the lagna) of another persons chart. Any input is welcome , thanks Zamani Do You ? Find a job, post your resume on Careers.
Guest guest
Dear Zamani, As I said before, Iam brand new to Jyotish and to this list too; so, what I will say is just a matter of experience with my own chart:I have the Sun conjunct Ketu, and when I kew my husband it was something very strong in matter of feelings. I could not almost breath without him. I also used to have a kind of fear of loosing him, and I do not know why. He has got his Ketu in the exact degree my ketu and my Sun too. I hope it can add something to your research. Guest guest
Hi, Lucia and Zamani, Pandit Parsai states in his book, "Starguide to Love and Marriage", that an attraction ideal for marriage can be found when: 1. the Moons of the man and woman aspect each other from their location in the zodiac. 2. the ascendants of the man and woman aspect each other. 3. the Venuses of the man and woman aspect each other signwise or house wise. 4. the Venus and the Moon of the man and woman aspect each other housewise. There is a condition to this axiom in that the Venus and the Moon must not be in 2/12, or 6/8 relationship in their zodiac positions. There are other principles. But this is all I can type for now. Guest guest
Dear John, hello! Thanks for the informations. But now I would like you please to tell us the rest. It was starting to get so good... and suddenly you stoped with it. Would you please let us know more? Thank you! I agree with you (and the book) that the man´s Moon or Venus aspecting the women´s one is very strong in a relationship, but you know? I have noticed that sometimes when there are many trines or sextils, one in the couple, feels that relation as boring. Some of my clients reports to me that they feel more excited and interested when this same aspect- between each other´s Venus and Moon , or even the Sun - are of oposition and square. And sometimes, even when they suffer and fight a lot, the relationship still persists with a Mars or Saturn aspecting their personal planets. What do you think of it? Thanks again . Guest guest
Hi, Lucia You should read a book called "Light on Relationships", by Hart deFouw and Robert Swovoda. The authors state that there are four cornerstones to a relationship. These are the positions of the: Ascendant Moon Sun Venus The astrologer should analyze the couples chart for compatibility using these positions. For example, if the couple's ascendant positions are in 2/12 relationship, the marriage may contribute to health problems. Similarly, the 6/8 positions are not good either. The authors suggest that the analysis should be done for the rest of the cornerstones. Then the astrologer can have a better view of the couple's compatibility. This is all I have for now. We can chat about Pandit Parsai's views on Kujadosha the next time, if you're interested. Regards, John R. --- Lucia Do Vale <luciadovale wrote: > Dear John, hello! > > Thanks for the informations. Guest guest
Dear John, Thank you! Yes, I will try to get this book. Actually here in Sao Paulo is not easy to get them, but I will try to get from JDR Ventures from where I bought the Parasara Hora Sastra". Anyway it was very kind of you to answer. Thanks again.
