Guest guest
Using 1 for zone and a 1 for war time results in a total of 2 hours east of Greenwich. I do know that the single gentleman who has devoted his life to collecting the time tables in the Atlas cares alot about tracking Nazi movements, as he told me personally, they changed the clocks wherever they conquered, which got changed back again, whenever they were beaten back. So it's a job for him to trace out all these movements. But it is important to him, and you have the latest version with you there. But, we should always be careful in central Europe in the 40s. If my first line above answers it, which I think it does, fine, otherwise, proceed to carefully think it through and make it right. DST removes an hour, which is like going east by one time zone, or one hour. I think you have it right therefore.
