Namaste to brother Raghu and all the other list folks!!

 

being a novice in this Jyotir Vidya, i have come up against a question

that i am unable to answer re the Goravani Jyotish program...

 

i have an acquaintance, an Amma devotee, whose chart i am wanting to

check out...this gentleman was born in Feb 1941...and at 10:40 am

local time, in Zeist Netherlands, which was war time...which my

acquaintance says was BERLIN time...so he says that the actual given

time of 10:40 AM is TWO hours off due to the imposed Berlin time...

 

now i assumed that the program knows all this stuff...and it does make

an adjustment BOTH in the DT/WT department, which shows a 1, and in

the Time Zone department which shows a 1.....

 

my question....does the DT/WT=1 add ON to the Time Zone=1, thus making

the 2 hours difference recorded by my acquaintance...and so i need do

nothing further...but use the given lagna of pisces...? or is there

need for further adjustment manually to a DT/WT being 2? or would that

make a difference now of 3 hours rather than two?
