Guest guest
<<For Sagittarius however, Mercury (writing etc) has no association with 6th or 9th houses. It does however have a strong association with 7th and 10th...showing a career connected to business and commerce. Guest guest
Dear Natabara, My argument pertained to Mercury's role re., writing/publishing/religion...unmistakably clear with Mercury exalted in 9th house.... However his Saturn dasa 1935-1954 (when he left his wife and gave up his role as householder/husband) could well have seen him successfully engaged in some business enterprise. Lagnesh Saturn is exalted in the 10th house and is lord of 2nd house of family and finances...... However his Mercury dasa from Mar. 1954 saw a complete shift from family/finance (1st/2nd) and business (10th) to religion. As I said in an earlier post... >>>What to make then of Mercury, planet of speech, planet of intellect, exalted in 9th house and conjunct yogakaraka Venus who is enjoying neecha bhanga yoga in this divine 9th house. [And let's just pause to consider this position of Venus in regards to comforts, luxuries, spouse etc; Mercury is very much the master in this house, is enjoying exaltation, is in the highest degree...this denotes that the intellect and speech, as well as affairs of 9th house take precedence over the significations of Venus.]<<< Best Wishes, Wendy ========================== Wendy Vasicek: Vedic Astrologer http://welcome.to/Vedic Astrology/ wenvas Natabara Wrote: > Dear Wendy, you may not be aware but at one point Prabhupada was a very successful business man self employed in India, his career at one point was connected with business and commerce. > > best wishes > > natabara
