Dear members of the list.

 

Although lacking time for a political project i am curious about the reading of

the chart for the time when bush became president on 20 Jan 2001 at 12:02

 

like i said before, by connecting the news to either national or famous charts

we can see if they fit.

 

The chart has rising aries and the moon is in scorpio. We can observe the

transits from either the ascendant or the moon sign.

 

So, as i said, i was waiting for interesting news when the moon transits Pisces,

which is the 5th house from scorpio, indicating diplomacy and the intentions of

the individual. I noticed as well the combination for poverty in the chart by

having jupiter as 12th lord in the 2nd and Saturn in 2nd means "the native gets

whealth snatched by the tax man". In other words, the 2nd house indicates the

assets of the country or individual.

 

What is more interesting is that the Phillipines got a very similar horoscope to

that of the USA.

 

Gloria Arroyo became the president of the Phillipines on the same day at

12:24:44.

 

Therefore the chart is almost the same but in USA the moon is at 25°10 Sc and

the Phillipines has the moon at 18°49.

 

On 11 sep 2001, usa was running MeRaVe and the Phil. MeVeVe.

 

The moon will be in Pisces from 1 Oct at 6:54 GMT to 3 Oct 18:07 GMT. The 12

house of both charts and 5th from moon sign.

 

Well, today i searched the internet and found a good newspaper from the

Phillipines.

House Republican Leader Sees Recession Now

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - House Republican leader Richard Armey said on Tuesday he

believed the United States was in recession and needed up to $150 billion in tax

relief to jolt the economy out of trouble.

 

"We have a recession, and I'll acknowledge that," Armey told reporters in his

office on Capitol Hill. He said an economic stimulus package including tax

breaks was needed as quickly as possible to encourage job-creating investment.
