I was surprised at how inaccurate my computer clock had been, and very happy to set it to exactly correct time to the second. I have also been using this clock program at my workplace computer. Ascentive.com offers this free version of ActiveTime, in return for a very limited amount of information from you. (A Premium version of ActiveTime may be purchased if you wish.)
