Dear Ilona,

If signs portend accurately to reveal future events, would you fear the

working of a grand plan already thought out before we were born? If we have 33%

free will, then let us make use of what is here now, to whatever extent we

can--this does not allow us to fear but be courageous, if we are to have any

effect at all.

I understand WTC was created in the late 1960's. Having spent my youth to my

late teens in New York State, a 45 min. drive north of the City of New York, I

used to consider the Empire State Building as an enduring symbol of that vibrant

city. Now I realize it is the human spirit that endures.

Best to all,

Carol

Dear list,

I remember that somebody of you mentioned earlier the big conjunction

happend in star Krittika.

Now I´m just reading in a little book by Roeland de Looff and illustrations

by Martha Ijzerman: The Hindu lunar zodiac.

Let me quote the Krittika text:

"In the sky, Krittika is positioned in the form of a group of stars called

"The Pleiades", or the "weeping sisters", as they are sometimes called. The

warrior may bring destruction and sadness. However, he may also be a

protector of the good and the destroyer of the evil. The warrior knows, what

he wants and he is prepared to give his life in order to protect what is

good.

Karttieya, the general of the heavenly army, is the bearer of the golden

sword. He fights demons and shines like the sun in his golden armour. That

is why Karttikeya is associated with the golden light of the sun and the

wealth connected with it. Agni, the other god that reigns over Krittika,

brings destruction but also purification.

Krittika:26°40 aries -10° Taurus

Symbol: a knife (! the hijacks had knifes)

Deities: Agni, the god of fire and Karttikeya, general of the heavenly army.

Keywords: heroic, sharp, protecting, full of initiatives.

Translation: one who cuts ...."

Since this conjunction and the total eclipse there were many fire disasters,

like the concorde crash, several tunnels in austria burnt, like the

Kitzsteinhorn on 11. 11.! 2000, the tv -tower in moskau, the submarine

kursk. We can see many symbols of our main towns are fragile now, let them

be under the earth or high above. This makes me fear.

regards, Ilona

Dear Ilona, Carol et al,

The first part of Krittika (only) falls in Aries...the rest is in Taurus. The

Devata is Agni, lord (Adhipati) is Mars (in Aries) and Venus (in Taurus).

Agni is the great purifier, the great consumer of, and the giver of, light, heat

and brightness. Agni is responsible for the fire of digestion in the human

system as well as (external) heat and fire of all kinds; all weapons with

fire-power etc...It is said that Krittika in Aries is devastatingly brilliant,

the effulgence being incendiary by character (akin to Mars); in Taurus this

brilliance is not incendiary, it does not burn...it's character in this sign is

soft, sweet and benign (akin to Venus).

Certainly it's important to judge the nature of the nakshatras etc, etc....but

with the speed at which things are changing around us today it can be all too

easy to feel off-balance and fearful, and focus too much on negative

interpretations.

I do believe the world is undergoing great change, and change (of itself) is

chaotic. I personally believe that the greatest contribution we can make towards

a smooth transition is to maintain our own peace and harmony (within) and to not

allow ourselves to get caught up in the negative emotions of fear, retribution,

hatred etc...it is these very emotions that have manifested as the world's

present nightmarish experiences...we need to counteract this by giving the world

our positive emotions of peace, forgiveness, compassion etc.

I'm not saying that we must turn a blind eye to terrorism, but that we ourselves

must not be overcome with hatred and fear.

Rgds, Wendy

Dear Carol, these 33% of free will will remain to be seen first...

Perhaps my fear results in the boring questions of our children (6 to 15

years) and their expectation of a "true" answer. I find this is a very

delicate thing. Also I do not know, if I am really couraged. The future will

show it.

Best wishes, Ilona
