Guest guest
Dear List, Is there a way in GJ 2.26 of reading what each planet in each Nakshatra does to a native - but without raising a chart first? i.e. a Nakshatra table giving the effect of Moon in Chitra, Moon in Hasta, Jupiter in Chitra, Jupiter in Hasta? Many thanks - Sateesh.
Guest guest
If you go to the More Menu, then Utilities I think, and look for "Edit Readings Database", on that window you can load a list of all the readings and sort them. Then look for MOONSTAR1 MOONSTAR2 etc., these are the "Moon in Asvini (1)..." etc. You have to have a table of the numbers of the stars 1 to 27 handy. The program has such in it's reference section and you could pull that up and print it out. Go to Reference, then Tables, then find the Nakshatra table and hit print. It's also as a word file on CD I think etc... So then also look for JUPSTAR24 etc., these will be Jupiter in the Nakshatras. There are also JUPSTAR24PADA2 or some such...indicating that in some cases, many, we have the planets in the padas of the nakshatras. These are essentially Navamsa readings, or should be, because the Nak Padas corr. to the Navamsas perfectly. I think if you go to that edit readings database window, and click Load List in upper right I believe, then somehow choose all the readings, maybe it has that button there already, so then sort the list, there's a few ways, and find what you're looking for, click on it, and read the text. That's the idea. They will all be there, it's a matter of sorting then knowing how to read the list. There are translations of the tags provided, so you can click and learn and figure it out. It's pretty easy and straightforward.
