Heres my view/attempt of the chart given.

 

Date of Birth: June 25, 1983

Time of Birth: 7:15:00 pm

Time Zone of Birth: 2:00 East of GMT

Longitude of Birth: 7 E 43

Latitude of Birth: 50 N 06

Considering that she was born deaf, and had never been exposed to the

surroundings that could have caused her deafness(visible signs), the 3rd

house should show some clear affliction.

 

The 3rd from Lagna is Capricorn. Saturns worst enemy is Ketu and Mars.

The 3rd house recieves graha dristi from Venus and Mars, whilst it recieves

Rasi Dristi from Jupiter and Mercury.

 

The 3rd lord is exalted. However planets should be weak in the dusthanas to

give good results, and Saturn is in 12th along with being retrogade. This

clearly indicates some loss of the 3rd house. Jupiter is retrogade in Lagna,

and is surrounded by Ketu and Saturn, who are battling it out with Jupiter

in the middle being the looser of the battle. So the Akash Tattwa is

afflicted, indicating hearing ailments.

 

Now the question remains how to predict whether this happened before or

after birth. The afflicted Jupiter is in Invisible signs from both dehas(Sun

& lagna), could indicate this, but i have no idea how this principle works.

 

This is just an attempt to bring these principles to light.

 

Dear Ilona, do you know whether she has some strong artistic traits, and

whether she's born in a family of artists? This is for rectification.
