Guest guest
Does anyone have a reference for configuring a 9 planet shrine in the home? I would like to arrange my 9 planet dieties statues in the same way that they appear in Hindu temples. In temples they are arranged on a sqare base, eight dieties around the edge and one diety in the middle. They are in a specific order, each facing a specific direction. Are there compass points that they also align with? Do they need to be on stands corresponding to their metals - gold for Sun, iron for Saturn? I would like to set them up on a specific table with room to walk around them. If anyone has suggestions on worship practices that the dieties especially like, I would be interested in that too. I have recently read Robert Svoboda's "The Greatness of Saturn" book and been inspired. Thanks in advance for your help!
Guest guest
Dear Cathy It is my understanding from great masters that Navagraha pictures at the Altar or shrines for Navagraha (Nine Planets) should not be set up in the home.Setting up a shrine is a complicated matter wherever it is set up.Please consult the relevant experts before your inspiration gets the better of you.You could consult www.kamakoti.org. or www.hindu.org. God Bless.
