Hello

This is going to be general and blunt, aimed directly at the kind of

situations Wendy described about her son, and it's about many of us who

are in any kind of intense suffering where it's going physical also in

some ways, any ways.

It's about a crushed will or spirit, it's about depression, it's

wholistic and total. It's about being unable to see out of some

suffering situation, any type. It's about a soul losing hope. It can

cause death because without will to live, anything can happen.

These situations require intense nutritional support. This goes a long

ways. Then there is need for excercise. This works wonders. Then there's

counseling, this does wonders.

Overall, the being is going down. The being needs to go the other way.

Somehow, to remedy the situation, this being must be forced to change

diet, change lifestyle habits, and change ways of thinking, and then

they will gradually emerge if their karma is not going to kill them first.

Money is required to purchase the nutritional stuff. This doesn't have

to be huge, but it is invariably substantial, like costing say a couple

hundred extra per month thereabouts.

Counseling of course costs too, quite a bit too.

But excercise doesn't.

Getting the person going on anything is the hard part. That's very

difficult. That's where trained persons get more done, because they know

how to motivate the near dead person full of fear, remorse, loathing,

lameness, etc.

If somehow, someone can, get such persons up, doing something positive,

moving towards solution, very clearly dealing directly with the problems

without judgemental projections but in a clear "we're going to solve

this" somewhat loving mood, and if somehow someone can love this being,

spend time with them in a loving way, then the being may get hope.

Sometimes karmicly, this isn't available. Sometimes there is a person

who at another place and time could or might have, but can't now, but

hurts because they wish they could, and might have to watch the worst

happen, and feel so very bad, all of this too, can happen, is karma, and

I understand the pain.

Nutritional changes do wonders. Have no doubt about this. Many people

are walking around malnourished, including fat and/or rich people in the

best countries even. We are not eating vital foods and we're not eating

enough of the rich variety to get what we need generally. Many live on

repeating dead limited range diets of refined dead foods. Many modern

people are malnourished and the gray in their heads and bodies could be

changed simply by nutritional improvement. When you eat better, you feel

better. Then that supports other processes.

It's the upward spiral that's needed.

Eat better to feel better, the internal processes going on in other

spheres, such as wanting or trying to excercise get helped by the

improvement in feeling and in nutrition, the muscles improve a little,

which makes getting up and eating better easier, and the two feed each

other in an upward spiral that improves the life.

Similarly, one positive thought gleaned from a counselor say, just one,

might improve one day, which makes for one positive action, something

small, say just one friendlier interaction with a near one, which leads

to that near one doing one friendly thing back, which makes the person a

wee bit stronger to do a little more excercise, and so on.

Everything is linked. As we improve small things around us and in us,

this feeds other positive systems within us which leads us gradually upwards.

Rock bottom is a hard time for sure. I know. I've been living in a

certain rock bottom for years. Not that everything is lost, no, it's

just one part of life, or one issue, but that has had large effects. But

I know about bottoming out. I know about total despair, and moment to

moment management of severe pain that never goes away. I am talking at

that sorry soul.

We have no choice but to try to make dinky little improvements in our

situation ourselves. Nobody is going to do it for you. The more down you

are, the more you are avoided. This is unfortunate but true. Somehow we

got here to learn to do it for ourselves. This is what we want to avoid,

but it's come to live with us now, so it's unavoidable.

So we have to educate ourselves about what is good for us, and go there.

We have to take seriously everything that affects our health, our mood,

our thoughts, everything and anything that matters for mental and

physical health, we have to take seriously. We have to learn our unique

own rhythms and ways, and feed ourselves the way that works for

improving our real health.

This is all very hard because of pain, loss of hope and will, or

depression. When there is no will to try anymore, the being just goes

down and down.

Addressing that, is where guts begins, and glory begins. I'm standing on

that edge staring at it for a couple years now. I don't have a sermon.

I'm still staring at it.

I know others are staring at it as well, not only me.

So hello, to those facing the big difficult. I'm there with you.

with love
