Guest guest
Hi! I APOLOGIZE TO Dr. Bh. Satyanarayana Rao for saying slighting things about his Rectification Tables. He had made no mistake whatsoever, except having made it all very complicated. I´ve had this book for years, but was never satisfied with the results. Felt there was a bug. So when the gender question came up I looked into it again and though I´d found the mistake. But I had not. The tables lead sometimes to a 2 hour correction for recent hospital-recorded TOBs, which I think is untenable. The tables arebased on the tatvas from sunrise. They appear to work if one takes the beginning of the day andits tatva cycle ALWAYS as 6:00am, which is contrary to tradition, I think. regards Mani
